Only Keychains, Nameplates, and Foal Tags are Shipped Free

All products will be sent UPS.

Freight charges are F.O.B. Madison, Indiana.

RETURN POLICY

We guarantee that you will love our products; however, all standard products that are not personalized, may be returned for the product price, if you are not satisfied.

Personalized items such as nameplates, can not be returned or refunded, unless the error occurs on our end.  Special customized products ordered by phone can not be returned or refunded, unless the error occurs on our end. 

All standard products can be returned for adjustment or configuration change.  Additional charges may be applied along with freight charges.
